A fair refund policy, in plain English.
If Voice Memo Exporter doesn't work for your Mac or your recordings, you don't pay for it. Here's exactly how that works.
TL;DR: 30 days. Email me. Full refund within 2 business days.

When refunds make sense
I'd rather refund you than have you stuck with software that doesn't fit your situation. Specifically, refunds are fair when:
- The app can't find your Voice Memos on your Mac after we troubleshoot together
- Transcription isn't working well enough for your recordings (audio quality, accents, or your specific use case)
- Your Mac configuration isn't supported and we can't make it work
- It's simply not the right tool for what you needed
How to request a refund
Email me directly at support@voicememoexporter.com with your purchase email or Gumroad order number. I'll process it within 2 business days. You don't need to explain or justify - just say "refund please."
A note from me
This is Early Access. The app is real and it works, but I'm still finding edge cases with different Mac setups. If something goes wrong, I'd much rather hear from you and either fix it or refund you than have you frustrated. Both are good outcomes for me. The bad outcome is silence.
