What you can do

• Install and use Voice Memo Exporter on your Mac(s)
• Use the archives, transcripts, and exports it creates however you want - they're yours
• Get refunds within the policy at /refund-policy

What you can't do

• Redistribute the app, share your license publicly, or resell it
• Reverse-engineer or modify the app
• Use the app to do anything illegal (this would be weird, but worth saying)

What we provide

• The app, as described on the website
• Founder-supported help via support@voicememoexporter.com during Early Access
• Honest information about what the app does and doesn't do

What we don't promise

• That every Mac configuration will work perfectly (we test on the configurations listed at /system-requirements)
• That transcription will be perfect (it's best-effort)
• That every Voice Memo on every Mac configuration will be found - see /system-requirements for what we've verified

If any of those things don't work for you, the refund policy applies.

Future versions

Future major versions of Voice Memo Exporter may be sold separately. Updates and fixes to the version you bought are included.

The version you bought today keeps working. Major future versions may be a separate purchase.

Limitation of liability

Standard stuff: we provide the app "as is." We're not liable for data loss, lost recordings, or downstream consequences of using the app. Always keep your original recordings backed up - Voice Memo Exporter doesn't delete or modify them, but good backup hygiene is on you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date below. Material changes will be noted on the homepage.
